Well in that case he is probably physically attracted to you too.. but here comes "Jenn" with her boob's half out.. For most guys thats a ticket to heaven and they want to take advantage of it. If he girl dress's like that then a guy automaticaly thinks that she is going to put out over a girl who is wearing a turtle neck.
Most guys only have thoughts about food and sex. Offer him a sandwich, If he is not interested, then you have you answer.
