It is not first come first serve. The first 20 rows of each concert are reserved for the people who go to the box office for tickets. So, on the day and time tickets go on sale, people will go to the box office of the arena/theater where the show will be. Everyone who shows up will be given a wristband with a number on it, and then a number will be pulled at random. That person gets the first seats, and all numbers numerically following that number gets the next seats, and so on, until no seats in the first 20 rows are left. Depending on the amount of people who show up, you may not get a ticket, since the seats are limited.
Tickets are also sold online at livenation or ticketmaster, but tickets within the first 20 rows are not sold online.
