yeah you can you can also put it on sleep timer if you go into clock and then alarms and them click sleep timer and you can pick the amount of time. hope i helped!
it's okay. the battery'll probably run out and don't strangle yourself in the headphones but it is definitely okay. i fall asleep with mine on all the time.

Does it have an automatic shut of or can you put it on sleep or whatever? Sorry i don't know that because im used to my zune
