"I'm on a hill", and just in case!, I got my canoe at the ready,as where I live the rain water builds into a mini river on some of the roads round here,and when it settles on lower ground we have ponds everywhere...lol.Don't forget your wellies and waterproofs folks...lol.
I like this being in the Entertainment category. I'm on high ground too, so the only problem too much rain brings is overflowing drains - yuk.
Blotting paper and sand bags aren't enough - you'll need a hair dryer as well ! ! !
I live beside the sea so i always get my sand free around July just in case,
so far been lucky ..........maybe sell my sand on eBay.
