I really want to learn to play guittar?!?!?!
Question: I want to learn but i don't have a guittar. My mom doesnt think Ill stick with it so she wont buy me one but I am really serious about this. How do I change her mind.
Also whats the best way to learn? Which books or videos should I buy to start teaching myself once she i convince my mom to buy me a guittar. And which guittar should I buy for learning. An acoustic or electric? I just need a cheaper or mid grade one for now.

2.brings out d intellectual in you.
3.Music can stimulate ur brain cells n increase ur memory n concentration power.
4.You wont be wasting time in any other useless things.
5.Its a quality that only u wil have..will make u popular among friends n relatives
6.guitar is one of the most powerful instruments n playing it requires firm determination n hard work.So u r bound 2 benefit.
7.LAstly if u play wel,u can join a band n release ur own album :)
Buy an acoustic guitar first..wen u have mastered it thn go for electric.
instead of cds n dvds try to join some gud instructor..else join online sites like jamplay.com,guitartricks.com..etc etc....all the best..have fun n enjoy..Suri
maybe you should learn to spell the word guitar first.
but you could always get a job, save your money, get a cheap guitar and pay for lessons.
