She's a very pretty individual, but any boyfriend worth his salt (even though he _will_ think she's hot, c'mon, he's got blood running through his veins!) will also know that he is fortunate to have his current gal for merits other than looks. They don't kick around forever, anyways.

She's hot. Terrible movies though. Your friend is just insecure because she thinks she should be the hottest girl her bf knows and doesn't want to hear about anyone else being sexy. Sorry, but it doesn't work that way. There are a lot of hot people in the world. Your friend should be happy that her boyfriend is thinking about girls he can't get with and not some girl he knows who is hot that he can do.
I too think that Jessica Alba is very attractive, and I have since I first saw her in the television show Dark Angel. It is perfectly natural for people to think that people other that their GF/BF/spouse is attractive, and a perfect response to jealousy about that is "Can you honestly tell me that you don't find (insert name of famous hottie) attractive?" At least that's my opinion.
