dollar drinks or free drink for the winners of karaoke, have local celebrities (radio or TV personalities) make an appearance to judge a contest...like sexiest outfit contest for the ladies (drunk girls love those)....a Luau in the winter....but seriously any drink specials will have people rolling in

golf ie a pint is a par 4 so you have to drink it in 4 shots
a nip is a par 2 and so on
try and play 18 holes with 18 different drinks with a prise for the winner the person that gets round the course in the least drinks
