Question: He seemed like a really nice guy, down to earth, funny, sweet.
I guess the reason it is sad when a Celeb passes away is because you hear so much about them and then when they pass away it's like wow crazy.
So sad, his poor little girl and he was SO young:(

I for one think it was an accidental overdose even though he was kinda stressed at the time......

definitely, at least i hope so. heath has always been a great role model, he's never been in the news for any of that drug stuff like lindsay and paris and nicole. i admire him greatly and don't think he would ever do that to his daughter. he will be missed.

No. Just heard on the news that the tentative autopsy reports came back negative on that.
I did not know him personally so I feel uncomfortable speculating.

It sounds accidental to me. It is sad. But I do think we care too much about celebs. I just always wonder what they were really thinking and feeling.
I think it may have been purposeful, considering his lack of a solid pirate base. You see, every man in the world yearns to be a pirate, and only a select few are. The result of this is celebrity suicides and other tragic events. If only the pirates weren't so exclusive...Yarrgh...

i was depressed for 2 weeks at one point and no one knew cuz i kept myself in my room most of the times claiming to need sleep and put on a happy face when i left my room

No matter if it was accidental or ittentional, I do feel for his family especially his daughter. She is gonna be the one that suffers the most out of this.
I love, love, love him....my heart breaks because he's gone and breaks even more for that sweet little girl.
I think he was the victim of the most prolific killer of celebrities: The over-prescribing celibrity doctor.
I'm not sure what to think, but I certainly hope thats what it was. Despite his split last year from Michelle Williams, he hasn't appeared to be too down or depressed. However, plaing a gay cowboy could really mess up your life I guess. I just wish he was still alive. I really liked him.
