She's still young for the subject. If she's so persistant, just talk with the pediatrtion or Dr. for some advice.
Sex is how babies are made.... that's really all she needs to know at age 7!
Say Sex is how babies aget made.. I mean shes 7 you dont want to give her details till she gets older...

Her friends "know sex" - and I'm reminded of all those "Bo knows" commercials from the 80's....
Seriously, it's a BIOLOGY lesson, and a lesson in "appropriate conversation" and "appropriate activities". One need not get freaked-out by it.
Farm-raised kids watch the act by various animals - and the resulting births - and understand it just fine by her age. Nothing difficult about it.
The discomfort adults have is entirely artificial and self-imposed. This is the prime-directive - procreation. It's the most sacred act of life - the creation of new life. And, it's the most blissful and intimate act between human beings.
Acting (or feeling) odd about it just magnifies the mystery - and the experimentation / exploration under cover of secrecy.
If you want the kid to be healthy and adjusted, tell it like it is. Use some visual aids - and animals are quite useful. It helps keep it from being so - human... <laugh>
