Is it just a kind of dance? I see it on The Sims 2, but wondered where it came from, or is it only a Sims thing?

its a sims thing, it was created by the sims developers, i think they named it after the old dance called the hustle lol

There's a video podcast that you can watch on itunes for free and it shows them creating it , its funny , bascially the whole team made up different moves and put them altogether
