Looking for a good beginner guitar?!
Question: I have around 350 dollars to spend on guitar and amp, im wondering what kind of guitar I should get to play heavy metal, some bands i listen to include ... metallica(old), judas priest, pantera, iron maiden and ozzy
Ive been wanting to get a guitar now for 3 weeks but havn't been able to get to a store.
If anyone could reccomend me a guitar or amp id appreciate it

Call them, ask them to put a package together for the money you have. You could get a Fender Guitar, Amp, Tuner, Strap and Strings for less than 350.00. Of course, you did say beginner guitar. You will definately get what you pay for. I have been playing my whole life and have acquired tons of guitars, amps, piano's, etc. You start out small and work your way up! Learning to play is much more important than what brand or how big your stuff is man.
Dont, play drums!!! You should really go to a second hand instrument store(or consignment) and buy stuff there, its much cheaper. But dont include what you listen to, you should play what you like, not who you like.

trust me, when you're learning to play guitar it doesn't matter what it sounds like because due to your skill level it wont sound great anyway. Look for beginner guitar packages from Fender and Ibanez.
