Im a mother myself of 2 girls. When they were your age I let them have partys usually from 6 to 9 pm if it was like a birthday party on a school night. If it was a weekend or summer time 6 to 10 was a general rule. It is a good time frame for pre-teens your ages.
Instead of asking in here, why don't you ask your parents?
