I saw that information, and they are also changing the history -- so if you have a long history in which you have accumulated a large number of positive feedback's, you lose. We, as eBay shoppers, lose out when they remove the negative comments -- even if it is 2-3 years old, it's worth reviewing. If there is no negative feedback in the last few months, I don't worry about it. I
The feedback when answered by someone also show their attitude, and that helps to know if I want to be involved with them at all.
They have a successful platform working -- why tweak it?
I didn't realize they were?! I half understand...yes it is good to know who are good buyers/sellers and what not. But at the same time I wonder how many people got negative feedback when they shouldn't have?
