Question: Im not drinking too much POP or anythying what can i do too make me go too sleep faster?Like i'll just lay there and lay there and laythere and i can't go TOO BED!

You need a routine that will wind you down at the end of the day. Try to make it around the same time every day. Get off the computer, turn off the television, take a shower and get your warm jammies on, make sure your feet are warm (weird but it works), drink some camomile tea or warm milk. Don't eat too late. Don't exercise too close to time to go to bed your body will still be revved up. Read a boring book (Jane Eyre is definitely a candidate as far as I'm concerned, I can't get through two pages and I'm nodding off) If you need white noise turn on a fan or use one of those machines that gives you nature sounds. Turn out the light and go to sleep. Don't watch the clock thinking OMG I'm NOT SLEEPING! If you don't sleep no naps the next day (that is hard) and try again. I found that I can't have coffee after noon or I am up all the next night.

don't take a nap during the day, read a book instead of laying there, be more active during the day, if that doesn't work then meditate to clear your thoughts before going to bed
