How come everytime you play hide and seek, when you are hiding you have to pee??!
Question: It's a little bit human nature, and a little bit anxiety. If you're excited, you have a lot of adrenaline, and that is something that makes the body speed up. Your heart rate goes up, and your blood pressure increases; more blood flows through your kidneys than normal, so you produce more urine.
Partly, too, it's just knowing that you CAN'T go - that part is human nature :-)

Hide and seek can be exciting, and when you're excited, you have to pee more - that's natural. Plus, when you're hiding, you're just waiting there quietly without any other distractions, so if you had to pee, you're more aware of it now.
