No that does not make you dumb. Everyone has their bad days where they just are not thinking. I think people say that blondes are dumb, just because whoever started all of those blonde jokes made everyone think that. Although I am not a blonde, and I do think that some of the jokes are funny, I do feel sorry for those blondes that don't like all of the jokes.

it has to do with the fact that in general blond women are good looking and often concerned only about their looks..blond women can symbolise women's vanity..joking around about blond women is like telling to women or men, that women should be something more than just their looks otherwise no one appreciates them.

Not dumb. One of the twins may have been born at 11.58pm and the other 00.05am.
So therefore they would have different birth dates.
