Sure there are. Just grab a phone book for any sizable American city and look under "Gentlemen Clubs". Some of them will even provide you with a private room for just the two of you (however, they have hidden cameras to make sure you don't molest the dancer). The only regulation I know of is that the clubs usually don't allow you to touch the dancer while she is doing the lap dancer.

Nearly ALL strip bars, topless bars or whatever you wish to call them have dancers and nearly all of them give "lap dances" Most of the restrictions are the patron cannot touch! The dancer can touch all she wants but you cannot reciprocate. If you do you more than likely be tossed out on your rump!
