If someone sent ME these lyrics, I'd think they had their wires crossed. I don't know, if you have green eyes, then it's obviously about you, so be flattered. You can always file a restraining order if necessary. Here's my poem to you:

That would be really creepy, esp. if you did not know the person; however, would be much worse, if you did know the person.
