Has anyone eve got sued for...?!
Question: Oke here is the deal i posted a movie on youtube regarding a wwe show mistake,and it was copyrighted ,but it was a 12 sec movie filmed with my phone.I got a notice from youtube staff that the movie has been deleted Here is what they said:
This is to notify you that we have removed or disabled access to the following material as a result of a third-party notification by World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. claiming that this material is infringing:
If you elect to send us a counter notice, please go to our Help Center to access the instructions.
Be aware that there may be adverse legal consequences in your country if you make a false or bad faith allegation of copyright infringement by using this process.

My question is could there be any following repercusions?Even if I deleted the movie?
What is your take on this and what should I expect?From the last part in understood that legal consequences may only follow if I chose to send a counter notice.

vinnny mac and the rest of titan sports are very protective of all their properties; so the removal of yer video is understandable...
but it sounds to me like yer safe from any future problems since the video was removed and yer bein' a good boy about it...
just leave the matter alone and it'll all go away...
