I need help on putting LimeWire music on to my iPod Shuffle?!

Please help. This is really bugging me. This one guy answered a recent question that was similiar to mine, and he said something about file>import. It almost worked. Okay, enough info., now please help!

you need to know where on the hard drive that limewire is saving your music files. once you know that, open itunes. go to "file" and select " add folder to library". then add the folder that your limewire music is in. when you click "ok" all your songs will be there in your itunes library. then you just have to plug your ipod in and update it (:
OK heres what you do. Go to "file" in the top left. Click "import folder" from the drop down menu. The all you have to do is find the folder you music is in and click add.
I think default is "music" then choose limewire folder.
I got a free iPod Video from this site. All I had to do was sign up and complete a few simple online tasks, and that was it! Highly recommended.
