Will I still be able to play my saxophone when I get old and become toothless?!

Question: Arthur Rubinstein was jamming away on his bosendorfer in his 80's, and keith richards can still play his telecaster (his chronological age is 70 or something but his biological age is 286) Do saxophone players get a raw deal in their old age, I mean how many teeth can you lose before you can't make an embouchure?

hmmm...I think you should just be able to adjust your embouchure when you lose teeth. maybe it would actually be easier to play because your lower lip wouldn't get sore from being pushed onto your teeth the whole time you were playing.

I know a lot of sax players. Some still have their teeth and some dont. You cant tell which one is which-so I'm guessing that they either have really good dentures or they've learned to wail without teeth. If you get old and the only thing missing is your teeth-you're ahead of the game.
