Can you trade in concert tickets at the box office for better seats if they'!
Question: I'm going to Tobymac tonight and ordered the tickets weeks ago! Now I look and there are way better seats available! Can I go tonight to the box office and ask to trade my seats in for better seats, and then they can sell my tickets to last minute ticket buyers??!!! Never thought about this before!!

Canseco Fieldhouse (where you are seeing the show) is a Ticketmaster venue, and as such is bound by Ticketmaster policy. According to ticketmaster:
Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, teams and theaters, generally prohibit Ticketmaster from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
Sorry, but you are stuck with what you have.
