I've given up with lost, series 4 is complete junk, don't waste your time. It should have ended on a high years ago.

if i ever miss an episode, i go online to abc.com and watch them. They arent available until the day after it airs, but yea..u can see the full episode with only about 2 minutes of commercials total.
also; in alot of places, u can hook ur cable cord into the tv and get a little bit of the local channels with some static for free :-) you may need to buy a set of rabbit ears (cheap). thats how ive been watching the current episodes since i dont have cable right now
