Why are 80's music still considered the best?!

Obviously shows that the 80's artists created unique music with custom style. The music today is so cookie cuttered, and industry based but in the 80's it was raw talent not processed by some manager and a whole entourage of people telling them how to act and how to sing. I love the music--it's always playing on my stereo!
I don't think the 80's were the best (I've always prefered 50's music), But the 80's had many pop songs that are very catchy, Plus lots of great alternative songs.
Because it was good real music for that era.
