Having a Big Party and need help!?!
Question: Ok so my 18th birthday is coming up here in a few weeks...i have my own house...good size living room my room and an empty spare room..good size back yard with a patio and couches...I am going to have a good 30 to 50 people at ym party...lots of beer and liquor...lots..and we have hookah...im jsut wondering what i can add to make my party top notch fun,.have people talking about how fun it was for weeks....activites..games..lights...them... we have a big empty shed...jsut a mad fun house but i need ideas! thanks!!

First and formost the people make the party. Inviting people that know how to have a good time is key. I always like to throw in a couple of loose cannons for entertainment value. A good fight makes for lots of memories and the cops breaking things up makes things pretty memorable also. If your going to have a lot of minors drinking there is a good chance of both of those happening.
Good theme parties don't really work unless you are in a frat or sorority so don't even try.
Some of my better parties have consisted of some guitar hero battling, strip beer pong and or strip poker, beer bong, and fire works (makes the girls go ooooh). If you have a pool or a jacuzzi your golden. Intoxicated ladies love to take their clothes off and get wet. If not seemingly random water baloon fights can be exciting also.
If your having food; pizza and hot wings will be heaven for the guys but the girls are probably going to prefer strawberries, cheese cake, and some ice cream.
Music is essential: Hope you have a stellar stereo, good taste, and no neighbors.
Take a couple of shots with the first people that show up to get loose, as a host you should always be in control so keep yourself to 1 or 2 drinks an hour after that. It's hard to make sure everyone is safe and having fun if your unconcious. Make sure you have the number of a good cab company or a sobre friend to drive people home. Nothing will make a memory like someone getting hurt or killed so make sure no one drinks and drives.
ok well youll need a smoke machine ballons food punch and make it a casual party and if you could get a local band to play and your b day will be awsome hope i help
