That is a Gibson 'Marauder'......sort of rare from the seventies or early eighties. Headstock like a flying V. I had one years ago, it was a total junk-heap.
EDIT: If you look close, you can make out the Gibson logo on top. The word "Marauder' is on the truss rod cover.

Thats a les paul double cutaway. Looks like hes done some crazy custom work on it though. Those pickups arent standard.
