1...........Until 500 years ago there was enormous HUMAN SACRIFICE RITUALS as the center of Mexican traditional religion. On the pyramids in the DF as many as 20,000 people a day were sacrificed/executed by the religious leaders. This is well documented. Look at history of Aztecs (this is where the name TEXAS came from), Olmtecs, Toltecs and many other groupings in the area called Mexico, today.
2.............The Spaniards brought the Christian religion and eventually intermarried, mixing their DNA and European minds with the original population.
3.........Mexico built on its strong original roots and further developed arts,scientific innovations and organized production of goods all valued by others worldwide.
4 ..Ruthless bloody DRUG DEALER'S networks have grabbed POWER in Mexico, threatening all institution and activity. The future of family life, cultural habits, farming, schools, tourist sites, legal economic activity are all in danger against the tremendous presence of DRUG networks
I'm hispanic....I know my culture.....but I always admired the Japanese culture though.
