Question: Curly? You mean, a vibratto?
Most singers have a natural vibratto, but you can force it if you don't.
Try to use a combination of chest tone (see if the sound vibrates in the chest area) and support from your diaphragm...do it one note at a time, using the same note, then go faster and faster until you get a vibratto.
