If you live in West Virginia, you climb hills every day. I was born there and moved away when I was 13. and the time I lived there, I probably climbed 10,000 hills. Of course, many the same ones over and over again. Lived on the side f a hill, and my grade school was at the top. But my Jr high school was down the hill and then across flat land into the city of Charleston. So I climbed that hill once a day, at least 5 times a week. And walking to a cousin's house might take me over 3 or 4 hills, just to get there, even though it was an hour's walk.
