Piano: My hands have gone crazy?!

Question: Urgh! I've been playing the same tune from the past two days, all day and all night. And i still can't get it right!!! >.<
Thing is.. i gotta play different notes with both hands, and that's taking a lot of effort.
Now i'm thinking to myself "give up you noob, you can't do it!"... is it just me or does every person have to go through this stage of spending hours and hours but still not getting it right?
Helup!!! Tell me i can do it.. give me some encouragement folk =(

...YOU CAN DO IT. YOU'RE A NOOB FOR THINKING YOU CAN'T.

NOW. GO AND PWN THAT PIANO.

PWN IT. PWN IT I SAY. PWN IT WITH YOUR CRAZY HANDS.

Look at the piano. You OWN the piano. You are it's master. It bends and shapes itself to YOUR will. Squint at it. Make it understand.

YOUR ARE THE CRAZY HANDED PIANO MASTER.

Yep. For my grade, I practised the same peice over and over and over but i couldnt get it right. I got it wrong in the exam as well. But after that when I didnt have to practise it any more, I could do it so much better.
I've been playing the same peice now for about a month and im getting worse or something. The best thing to do is give up and go back to it later. Or maybe i'm just crap at the piano.

I know what you mean. But hey, that's why they always say practice makes perfect and piano is no exception. Just focus on the individual hands first, so practice your right hand until you got that down to the max and then focus on your left hand and get that down as well. Once you are very comfortable with each hand, try adding them together, but try not to play so fast. You do not need to get the tempo down as of yet, just focus on playing them together.

Like I said, it will take time but if you do it in steps and practice, you should get it down in no time. A great quote I heard from a movie and I would give you is:

" YOU CAN DO IT!!!" - The Waterboy
