Question: 2 yers seriously (its just 1 month away now).....and im scared what effects it may have.....pls tell me if it works safe and fine, because im v.tensed up (due to exams)...it'll be great if smthg could increase my confidence and relax me........shud i try this music ???

It depends on you.
Digital drugs work on the principle that one ear receives low frequency and other ear receives high frequency.
The brain actually tries to find an intermediate frequency and it remains confused.
Thats the reason you feel relaxed as your brain keeps on trying to get the correct frequency
But since you are preparing for exams i guess you dont try it as it may be addictive
