I keep tuning my guitar and the next day the strings are out of tune any idea wh!

Question: How long are you playing? Also, don't lean your guitar against a wall. The tuners turn a little bit when you put it up against it. Otherwise, it may just be the guitar, time to upgrade.

If you have an acoustic guitar it's most likely due to a change in the temperature the instrument is kept in. When it's cold, wood based instruments expand causing the strings to become a higher pitch. When it's warm, the wood contracts making the strings a lower pitch. As for electrical guitars I'm not quite sure.

Are they new strings?
New strings have a greater tendency to go out of tune faster because they are still stretching out. Depending on the brand and quality of the strings, it could be anywhere from a few days to almost a month before they stay in tune for a long period of time.
