Can you help categorize my movies?!
Question: I am organizing my video collection and I am having trouble deciding which categories these movied fall into. Can you help me?
I have 5 main categories:
Action
Comedy (including romantic comedies and dramadies)
Drama
Scifi/Horror
Fantasy
(Animation is separate all together)
Movies I am having trouble with
1. All the superhero flicks
Batman Begins, Spideman, X-men (are they action/sci-fi/fantasy what)
2. The Legend of Zorro (fantasy or action)
3. The Matrix series - Sci-Fi/Fantasy or Action
4. The One with Jet Li - Sci-Fi or Action
5. Hell Boy - Sci-fi Horror section or action
6. Minority Report - Sci-fi or action
7. The Day after Tommorow
8. Transformers - Sci-Fi fantasy or action
9. I am Legend - Scifi/Horror or action
That's it for now. Anyone that works at Blockbuster, VideoStop or Best Buy could help, but any real suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanx!

1. action (because there are lots of action going on)
2. action (all movies are someones fantasy brought to screen meaning they arent real unless they are a biography if this wasnt the case you could put all items under fantasy)
3. sci-fi

5. sci-fi (i consider sci-fi as something with characters or creatures in it like star gate star trek etc.)
6. action
7. drama
8. transformers is considered action (In 2007, a live action film of Transformers was directed by Michael Bay )
9. sci-fi thats what the original is listed under (its after the original movie The Omega Man (spelled The Ωmega Man on posters) is a 1971 science fiction thriller starring Charlton Heston.)
10. king kong sci-fi (because originally seen on the Sci-Fi Channel at the time of its theatrical release)
The Matrix is definatley sci-fi and why not have a super hero section!!!

I Am Legend - Sci Fi
Sci-fi is "Anything Dealing with Supernatural beings, phenomenon, or futuristic technology"
(monsters, mutants, Cyborgs etc..),
Fantasy has "magical beings". ie..faries, dragons, elves, unicorns, magical objects.
Adventure usualy involves action elements without too much science fiction to it. Mostly saving the day . ie. Indiana jones
Sci-Fi
1. X-Men and other "super hero" movies are definitely sci
2.Matrix (futre technology = sci-fi)
3.The one (supernatural powers, Interdimensionary travel technology)
4. Hellboy (Supernatural powers)
5. Minority Report. Loved that movie (future technology)
6.the Day after tomorrow. (tough one, but it's based on a fictional reality of earth science.)
7. Tranformers (high, unreal technology)
8. I am legend (mutant monsters created from a fictional medical treatment)
Adventure
The legend of zorro. (He just has kick *** skills)
Fantasy
would be something like Lord of the rings, Never ending story, The Last Mimzy
