What is consider "rape" varies from state to state, manly because many state have different ages for statutory rape. Its like an umbrella term describing forced unwanted sexual activity which involves sexual intercourse, unlike sexual harassment. Not all rape is unwanted, like statutory rape, which would just be an age thing, but was made unlawful.
Not, sure why people are saying women, boys and men experience rape. Ever heard of jail rape people.
