Why isn't the Epiphone Slash Les Paul in regular production?!

Probably so they can keep the price high and have it on the market as a collectible as well as functional product.

I dont know but you can certainly buy either one anytime. If you've got to have something rare you'll probably have to consider buying a used one somewhere.
