Read a good book.Best thing is to close your eyes ,imagine some good event,moment,concentrate on your breath.it's time to SLEEP. next day keep yourself busy so that you will not have to ask this again. Report It

    well first you find a sport or a gym and then you go to it you got to work out to do stuff if not you gonna be bored all the time can you hear me.

    hey just listen to ur fav music--or just do the thing u like most------its the best way to pass ur time and when i feel just like u i use to listen songs at radio coz in my mp3 there r just the songs which i have listened manny times so at radio they play manny new songs specially at night-------or just dream bout the guy u like most........then u will get asleep
