I would - Find 2 or 3 popular DJS - Make sure they have Myspace Pages with a good amount of friends. Then make a really good flier, and ask the Djs to promote it through theyre bulletins. Make 11x17 posters at kinkos and post them everywhere... your competition will be crying. if you have to, give the party a title, , lean towards a name connected with sex - and EVERYONE will be there!!. jk about the sex.
