When did Peggy Hill Become a Real Estate Agent?!

Also, How did it happen. What prompted her to change careers? I don't know, its just been bugging me and I haven't been able to find out through google...

Peggy's being a sub seems to have been phased out as time's gone by.

She had, in early seasons, from time to time, pitched stories to the Arlen Bystander, along with her musings.

When the Bystander was taken over by new management, she was hired fulltime, in part because she was never a Journalist.

About 2? seasons later, she wanted to be taken seriously, so she did a hatchet job on Sizemore, of Sizemore realty, the paper's biggest supporter. When she was fired for this, Sizemore hired her to work for him.
