No point paying someone to do it - Maplins sell a USB tape deck that plugs straight into ur computer for about ￡100. I do it myself using an ordinary audio jack lead (Maplins also sell just about every type of connector/lead) and my old stereo. Plug one end into the headphone socket on your tape deck/walkman and the other into the line in or microphone socket on your computer. If you have Nero you can use wave editor to record it then write it to CD or convert to MP3.
why don't you do it your self you have a lap top or similar a tape player you could do it for the prise of the blank discs negligible
