Shaking Stevens comes from Blackwood, which is in what used to be Monmouth!. Nobody has ever really decided whether Monmouth counts as England or Wales, I think it is what was called the 'Welsh Marches', - historically a sort of no-mans land!. But the Welsh have got it now, and it is in Gwent!.
