Question: When the writers strike was in effect, was anyone else unable to tell there was an absence of pro writers!?
Answers:
It wasn't all that noticeable for the talk shows!. Almost all those guys were comedy writers before getting their own shows!. David Letterman, Jay Leno, Craig Ferguson, and others still write a lot of their own material!.
Even Johnny Carson wrote for Steve Allen many years ago before he took over the "Tonight Show"!.
These guys and gals are professionals!. It's a lot easier to write 10 jokes than a 60-minute ER, or CSI-Miami, or The Unit!.
Those were the programs the writers hurt!. Genres that went into re-runs!.!.!. Cop shows, Sitcoms, Reality, etc!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

all depends on the shows ur waching on the shows i wach on the scifi network was uneffected by the strke but on the shows ncis, smalville,and supernatural was affected and i was forced to wach re runsWww@Enter-QA@Com
