Question: Can somebody tell me what r the bads of the EPIPHONE LES PAUL SPECIAL-II!?
i'm going to buy a pack with this guitar and a 15 watts amp!. but i saw some stuff in youtbe that said that the guitar has some imperfections, can somebody tell me what those imperfections r!?
p!.s - by the way i'm a beginner, so i don't want a very expensive guitar and a very big amp, i do want, a cheap but good guitar, and a cheap and good amp!. please don't suggest another guitar model, because i'm a bit confuse with all this new electric guitar world, and every time i see a new cheap guitar model i have to do a all new internet search!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

First off, the Special II isn't going to sound as good as some of the more expensive Epiphone Les Pauls!. The wood used for Specials isn't as good!. The pickups are lower quality!. If you are a beginner, it is usually a good idea to start with something cheaper!. You do not know if you will decide to stop playing, or your play style may change and you will want to get a different kind of guitar at a later point (and more expensive)!. Some of the issues that I have heard about are things like the tone knobs being loose, and needing to be tightened!. Nothing that you can't fix very easily!. If you have problems with it, bring it back to the store and they should be able to help you!.
For the price, the Les Paul Special II is pretty good!. Most guitars in the sub $200 range are awful!. If I were to buy a guitar for less than $200, the Les Paul Special II would be on a short list of guitars to consider!. I would be cautious of the amp, however!. Most "value packs" do not come with good amps!. I'm not sure what comes in the pack, but if you are looking for a decent practice amp for a beginner, this will be fine for you:
