well im sure they're not prohibited!. (like, yamapi can't stay single forever!. lol)!. but i think a lot of them just don't have one because it would complicate things!. i think they can have girlfriends, they just have to be really good at hiding it!. JE wants people focus on the music, not their love life and rumors!.
i know that juniors get suspended when they're caught!. like kame, who just got suspended because some pictures of him surfaced on double dates (with arioka from heysayjump)!.
