Some of them are put there by the producers of the shows themselves!. In general, YouTube doesn't remove the videos unless someone complains!. A lot of shows' popularity has spread primarily due to the internet, so sharing is even encouraged!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
They have a disclaimer on their website where they basically tell you that all postings you do are at your own risk etcWww@Enter-QA@Com
Artists (like moi lol) can receive royalties from YouTube now, who-ever puts them on there!.
