i would say outkast but really u cant compare the two!.!.!.!.one is a southern soul kinda feeling and the other a new york 80's rap sound!.!.!.true that both have lyrical content thats equal with one another in quality and message but the beats and the swag not even close in my opioion!.!.!.!.!.!.but outkast cuz they ma fav group mayb jus cuz i from atlanta!.!.!.and i like the R&B/Soul hooks and chorus' and ATLiens is a badass album, probably the best ever!.!.!.!.and the south at that time wasnt in the rap scene like today!.!.!.!.where as new york was on top!.!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
