right click on the desktop and go to NEW then NEW TEXT DOCUMENT - i think that's right!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Go to "Start Menu" !.!.!. then choose "All Programs" !.!.!.!. then "Accessories" !.!.!.!.!.then select "Notepad"!.
