I'd have to say Thomas Berger's "Little Big Man" which I've read at least once every five to ten years (sometimes more often) since the sixties!. I always find some detail that I've either never noticed before, or have forgotten!. The tone of the ending usually seems a little different than it did on previous readings!. I'm not sure "Little Big Man" is my favorite book, despite the fact that it is the one novel I have read more often than any other, but it is at least my favorite western and possibly my favorite war story as well!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I've read the original "Dune" series by Frank Herbert 4 times and the new additions to the series by his son Bryan Herbert!. The stories are so involved it's like a new book every time I read them!. I'll read them all again, probably next year!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
