ok,so amber is in critical condition at another hospital!. her heart is racing, they dont know why!. wilson and house take her to their hospital in an ambulance!. she flatlines, and house is getting ready to shock her, but Wilson doesnt want to damage her heart, so he puts her in a hypothermic state, where her heart isn't really beating!. that makes it difficult to do tests on her!. house has another dream thing, and amber tells him to electrify his brain to stimulate the impulses so he can remember her symptoms on the bus!. he contemplates this, but everyone tells him not to!. as all of thisis going on, everyone is still wondering why her and house were together!. after having another dream thing, house sees a rash on her back, which brings further speculation about how they were together!. wilson tells house to do the electrifying thing!. and he agrees!. so house remembers that he was drunk and couldn't drive home, so be called wilson, but amber picked up, and he told her to pick him up!. she did, and they both get on the bus!. she has the flu, but takes medicine that poisons her and bnds with her blood, so they can't do anything!. then house gets a seizure!. so now were in reality!. amber is untreatable, so they decide to put her on life support!. Wilson gets his last goodby in, and she dies! then we go back to house, who is in a coma because ofbthe seizure!. Then, he is on a white bus with amber (heaven!?) and she tells him to get off the bus!. he does and he lives!. then, 13 (the girl that works with him) tests herself for huntingtons disease, which she has been holding off all season!. she tests positive!. the endWww@Enter-QA@Com

The season finale begins with a distraught Wilson and House at Princeton General Hospital, discussing planned treatment of Amber, who remains in critical care from the bus accident in last week's!. House discusses several theories given by Amber's attending physician, he transfers her to Princeton Plainsboro believing that Wilson is her husband!. In the ambulance, Amber goes into ventricular fibrillation!. Wilson suggests that Amber be placed under protective hypothermia and put on bypass, as her heart is already damaged and it would give House the time to diagnose her!.
During the differential diagnosis, Kutner suggests to House he take something similar to the Physostigmine that caused him to remember that Amber was on the bus with him!. House dismisses this at the moment, stating it is not necessary and he had one heart attack already for the day; he sends Taub to get a Tox Screen on Amber just in case they did any drugs before they got on the bus!. Kutner and Thirteen go to check her house for anything environmental that could cause her symptoms!. At the house, Thirteen states that Wilson is too close to Amber, and House is too close to Wilson to remain objective on the case!. Kutner discovers Amber is hiding diet pills and anti-depression pills inside a multivitamin container, and the team tests Amber's heart to determine if its valve is calcified, because of the diet pills!. House notes Thirteen's negative attitude towards the case, and tells her to "get over whatever it is, and do [her] job!." While in the OR Taub & Chase notice Amber's eyes are jaundiced, ruling out the pills!.
Meanwhile, House experiences a hallucination where Amber is serving him sherry!. Kutner suggests that the sherry represents Sharrie's Bar!. Wilson and House go to the bar and ask the bartender who House was with on the night of the accident, and if he remembers any symptoms!. The bartender states his girlfriend came after House had his 7th drink, she started sneezing and used a cocktail napkin, he didn't see what color her snot was!. House determines this to be a new symptom and they return to Princeton Plainsboro!. House believes Amber is suffering from Hepatitis B, and orders IV Interferon!.
Later, in another hallucination, Amber shows House she has a rash on her back, a symptom that doesn't fit with her diagnosis!. Taub determines the rash to be caused from influenza, while Wilson suspects Amber may have caught a tick several weeks ago!. Wilson reiterates that he does not want the team warming up and re-starting Amber's heart until they are 100% certain of the diagnosis, causing House to stand up for Wilson!. Thirteen goes into the bathroom and House goes into the stall next to her and his foot touches hers !. They argue about her Huntington diagnosis, so Thirteen draws blood from herself in order to test for Huntington's chorea Disease!.
House's team reviews Amber's records, and determine that she will not be able to remain on bypass for much longer!. Defying House and Wilson, Cuddy and House's team begin to warm Amber's body temperature!. After analyzing Amber's EKG, Wilson and House determine the illness to be spreading to Amber's brain!. House believes it to be caused from an autoimmune disease, and orders Prednisone!. Wilson, however, believes her illness to be caused from an infection, and says that steroids would destroy her immune system and kill her!.
Wilson suggests House undergo Deep-Brain Stimulation, effectively risking his life in order to save Amber's!. During the procedure, House experiences a memory from what happened prior to the bus accident!. It is revealed that, after work, House went to Sharrie's Bar and got drunk!. The bartender, noting this, takes House's keys in exchange for a phone call to get a friend to drive him home!. He calls Wilson!. However, Wilson was on-call that night, so Amber comes to pick up House instead!. Amber sneezes!. House notes that Amber's sputum is yellow-green, indicating influenza!. A drunken House gets up and leaves the bar without paying, forcing Amber to do so herself!. House leaves to get on a bus at this point, leaving Amber at the bar!.
Amber brings House his cane onto the bus!. She sits across from House, and sneezes again, and states she got the flu that's going around!. House's attention is drawn to a bottle of prescription pills that she pulls from her purse and swallows 2 pills!. House realizes that she was taking Amantadine, a drug that suppresses the symptoms caused by influenza!. However, Amber was taking such a high dosage of this drug just prior to the bus crashing, her body did not have enough time to metabolize the drug causing toxicity and her kidneys to fail!. Wilson suggests that Amber be put on dialysis, however House notes that Amantadine binds with proteins, and that dialysis cannot clear it out of her blood!. Realizing that there is nothing that he can do to save Amber, House apologizes to Wilson, realizing that he is partially to blame for her death!. House seizes during the procedure and goes into a a coma!.
Wilson wants Cuddy to call Amber's time of death, but Cuddy insist Amber be kept on bypass and wake her up so Wilson can say goodbye!. Wilson stays with her while Foreman and the team says their goodbyes!. Wilson kisses Amber and reluctantly shuts off bypass!. Amber dies in Wilson's arms!.

Cuddy is found to be sitting next to him waiting for his recovery!. As the episodes closes, Thirteen discovers that she tested positive for Huntington's, Taub goes home to his wife, Kutner is sitting alone in front of the TV eating a bowl of cereal, Foreman is sitting in a restaurant, and is joined by Chase and Cameron!. The camera pans to a depressed House lying in bed with Cuddy sleeping next to him in a chair, and Wilson coldly stares at House standing outside his room!. Then the camera follows Wilson home, where he gets in bed with his shoes on and runs his hand over Amber's side of the bed!. Under her pillow he finds a note written by Amber "Sorry I'm not here!.
