Question: So, what's the difference from Fan Club Presale, CITI presale, and any other Presale code!?

Fan Club Presales are usually unique passwords that you get when you join an artist or groups fanclub!. Usually there is a membership fee, but you usually get access to tickets way before any other presale!.
CITI Presale is Citibank Presales, this along with AMEX (American Express) presales are for people that have those specific credit cards!. So if it were a Citi presale, you would need to purchase the tickets with a Citibank card, if it were AMEX you'd have to use an American Express card!. The passwords for these are always the same, but you need the cards to make the purchase!.
Venue/AEG/Live Nation/Radio Presales are just free passwords that those groups are using to promote the show!. These are the ones you can usually find for free at sites like the one I listed in the source!.
