im making a cd for someones birthday but everyone going has different tastes!.!.!.radiohead to thin lizzy to destinys child lol!.!.!.so what kind of songs would suit alot of people, arent too cheesy or anything but are good background music for a party!? 16 year olds if thats any help

find out all or some of the people's going favourite bands and find a suitable song by each band, and stick them on!. that way, everyone will have at least one song that they really like!. even if they aren't into some of the other songs on it, they'll be happy to hear that one!.
try going for the 'classics'!. if you go clubbing or anything like that, put on songs that you'd always hear in the ones you all go to, that everyone will recognise!. and songs that are popular right now!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I had to do the same thing last week, and i tend to find that no matter what peoples tastes every1 tends to bop along to dance music! so i made a cd consisting of songs like christinas dirty etc xxWww@Enter-QA@Com
